Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effect of modified Xiaoyao powder on the psychologic state in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(CHB).[Methods] The patients of CHB were divided into two groups: group A(treatment group) and group B(control group).The patients of group A was treated with Xiaoyao powder and routine liver protection while those of group B was given routine liver protection only.Then the level of psychology health of two groups before and after treatment was compared.[Results] The total score of the assessment of group A was obviously lower than that of group B(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Xiaoyao powder can alleviate the body symptoms of the patient with CHB,and improve the level of psychology health of the patients.
