| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explorer the dynamic effects of Fuhuang Shengji Yuchuang Ointment(Compound Rhubarb Granulation-Pro-moting and Wound-Healing Ointment,CRGWO) on cell cycle of granulation tissue of Wistar rat with diabetes in wound healing.[Meth-ods]Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: diabetic trial(CRGWO) group,normal control group,diabetic control group.The cell cycle in granulation tissue of the rats were detected with flow cytometry.[Results] On the third day of wound heal-ing,cells in G0-G1 phase and S phase has no statistical difference among three groups.On the eleventh day of wound healing,cells in G0-G1 phase of the rats wound in diabetic trial(CRGWO) group were lower than those of diabetic control group(P<0.05),cells in S phase of the rats wound in diabetic trial(CRGWO) group were higher than those of diabetic control group(P<0.05),but without statistical differ-ence when compared to the normal control group.[Conclusion] CRGWO can stimulate the cells proliferation of diabetic wound,thus ac-celerate the process of wound healing. |
