Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of salvianolic acid B(Sal B) on the contraction of porcine coronary artery strips, and investi-gate its mechanism of action.[Methods] Using experimental method of smooth muscle in vitro the effect of Sal B on the contraction of porcine coronary artery strips induced by KCL,CaCl2 and Hist was observed.[Results] Salvianolic acid B had nonparallel right migration effect on KCl,CaCl2 and Histamine induced dose-response curves, and decrease the maximal effect. Moreover,it can greatly inhibit in-tracellular Ca2+-dependent contraction induced by Histamine, and show relatively little effect on the extracellular Ca2+-dependent contrac-tion induced by CaCl2.[Conclusion] Salvianolic acid B had a significant relaxing effect on contraction of porcine coronary artery, and had an antagonistic effect on the two kinds of contractions. |
