Abstract
|
[Objective] To research the difference in approving sleeping quality by diazepam and Naokang No.Ⅱ in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis insomnia.[Methods] One hundred and six patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were divided into two groups.One group was treated with diazepam,and the other with Naokang Ⅱ.Patients in both groups were treated for six weeks.The sleeping qualities were estimated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI);the side effects were estimated by treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS).[Results] Diazepam could significantly improve patients’sleeping quality,time of falling asleep and total score.Naokang No.Ⅱ could significantly improve patients’ sleeping quality,time of falling asleep,sleeping effectiveness,sleeping pill,day function and total score.Compared with diazepam,Naokang No.Ⅱ could significantly improve patients’ sleeping quality,sleeping effectiveness,sleeping pill,day function and total score with fewer side effects.[Conclusion] Chinese medicine has paid much attention to that the patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis has a special physiological character of failure of kidney Qi.The thoroughly regulation of excess or deficiency of Yin and Yang of human body has better effect on improving the sleep quality in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis insomnia. |
