Abstract
|
[Objective] To research the dose-effect relationship of "Yi Huo Powder" in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.[Methods] 60 cases were treated with "Yi Huo Powder" primary prescription for 30 days and 60 cases were treated with "Yi Huo Powder" fine prescription for 30 days. The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),two-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and body weight were observed.[Results] The levels of FPG,2hPG,TC,TG were decreased after treatment with two prescriptions(P<0.01).The levels of above indexes and HbA1c have significant difference between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement rate of deficiency syndromes involving Qi,Yin and blood-stasis was 96.7% in primary prescription and 80.0% in fine prescription, but body weight was improved without statistical significe between two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion] "Yi Huo Powder" fine prescription has manifested superiority compared with the primary prescription in reducing PG,TC,TG,HbA1c and in improving symptom. |
