| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of benefiting Qi and warming yang in treating chronic heart failure.[Methods] 60 patients were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients,the treatment group of 30 patients,control group,conventional Western medicine with strengthening cardiac function,diuretic,vasodilator effect group.In treatment group the patients were treated with the herbs of benefiting Qi and warming Yang on the base of using drugs administered in control group.[Results] The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the symptom of cardiac function was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,0.01).[Conclusion] The treatment of chronic heart failure with benefiting Qi and warming yang has better effect.It can significantly improve symptoms,left ventricular diastolic function,improve quality of life of patients and reduce the readmission rate and reduce mortality. |
