| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Banxiaxiexin decoction in treating chronic cholecystitis with intermingling cold and heat.[Methods] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were treated by modified Banxiaxiexin decoction and those of control group by Liangfu pills and Xiaoyanlidan tablets.The treated course was one month.After two courses,the changes of symptoms and signs were statistically analyzed.Six months later,the provocation test was performed using fatty meal.[Results] The overall effect,right epigastrium pain,abdominal distension and percussion pain in gallbladder area and provocation test results of treatment group were significantly different when compared with that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Treating chronic cholecystitis with intermingling cold and heat with modified Banxiaxiexin decoction has obvious effect. |
