| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the curative effect of the compound tonifying kidney capsule in diabetic nephropathy rats.[Methods] Type 2 diabetes nephropathy model was induced by high fat feeding(10 mL/kg,7 days) for a long time and combined with a small dose of STZ(25 mg/kg).These animals were divided into 6 groups:Normal control,model,enalapril positive control,Eupolyphaga Sinenisis Walker(ESW) aqueous extract,ESW grease extract,and compound tonifying kidney capsule group,with 10 animals in each group.The blood sugar level,renal function index and the kidney pathology pictures were gained after 4 weeks.[Results] The blood-fasting sugar(BFS) level was decreased obviously comparing with model groups and control groups(P<0.01).After treatment in animals with compound tonifying kidney capsule,the SCr and albumin level were decreased comparing with model groups(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Compound tonifying kidney capsule can effectively improve kidney function and decrease blood sugar level,SCr and albumin level in diabetes nephropathy rats. |
