Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the use of Labrasol in an ocular drug delivery system.[Methods] The effects of Labrasol on the cornealpermeability of puerarin were investigated in vitro, using isolated rabbit corneas.[Results] The 0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,3% Labrasol showedincrement as much as 1.87,4.41,7.42,8.02 and 9.60 times in the apparent permeability of puerarin, respectively compared with the onesin the control(P<0.01).[Conclustion] The 0.5%~3% Labrasol can enhance the corneal apparent permeability of puerarin significantlyand is not irritant to eye tissues. |
