| Abstract

| [Objective] To discriminate Kadsura and Schisandra and provide their differential basis.[Methods] PAGE and paraffin sections was used for analyzing the seeds of Kadsura and Schisandra.Their differences from morphology of internal construction and molecular level were observed.[Results] There were significant differences in the stone cells of outer seed cuticles.There were significant differences in the number,color and location of protein band by PAGE.[Conclusion] There were obvious differences in morphology and PAGE of Kadsura and Schisandra and the characters could be used for the identification of Kadsura and Schisandra. |
