| [Objective] To research the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch.[Methods] Capillary permeability increase was induced by acetic acid,swelling degrees of rat’s toes was induced by egg white,tampon granuloma was induced by tampon embedding and twist reaction was induced by acetic acid.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch.Were observed.[Results] Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch could markedly inhibit the permeability of Capillary,swelling degrees of rat’s toes,tampon granuloma and the frequency of twisting body response by acetic acid.[Conclusion] Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
