Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on non-acute onset of asthma.[Methods] A randomized controlled,single-blind method was applied and patients with non-acute onset of mild and moderate asthma were divided into two groups: Western medicine treatment group and integrated treatment group.The treatment course was three months.By observing the changes of symptoms,signs and pulmonary function in patients before and after treatment the short-term effects were evaluated.[Results] It was statistically significant before and after treatment in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment the effect of integrated group was superior to Western medicine group only in total effective rate and pulmonary function improvement(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The integrated treatment for asthma was more effective than Western medicine in short-term effect.It has provided a clinical ideas for treating asthma with integrated medicine treatment and differentiated therapy. |
