| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhenyangjiuxin decoction in chronic congestive heart failure.[Methods] Two hundred and twenty-six cases with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into three groups.All the patients were treated with Diuretics,Nitrate preparations and ACEI.Group A patients were treated by Chinese herbs Zhenyangjiuxin decoction;Group B patients were treated by Zhengyangjiuxin decoction and Digoxin;Group C patients were treated by Digoxin.All the groups were treated for 4 weeks as one course of treatment.[Results] In three groups the total efficiency improvement of cardiac function was 88.89%,94.44%,86.11% respectively.The total clinical effective rate was 91.67%,97.22%,86.11%.[Conclusion] Zhenyangjiuxin decoction may obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic congestive heart failure and improve cardiac function.The change in blood rheology,CRP had a significant improvement.The effect was more consistent with the concept of modern treatment in treating chronic congestive heart failure. |
