| [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shuxuetong and Qingkailing on treating acute cerebral infarction and its effect on inflammatory reaction.[Methods] Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were treated by Shuxuetong and Qingkailing and those of control group by routine medical treatment.[Results] The effects on the improvement of the damage of neurologic function,clinical effect,the decreasing of CRP level in treatment group were all superior than that in control.[Conclusion] Shuxuetong and Qingkailing may effectively treat the acute cerebral infarction,decrease the powerful inflammatory reaction and protect the brain cell. |
