Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation of electric acupuncture combined with drug in treating anxiety.[Methods] Eighty and four patients with anxiety were randomly divided into needle medicine group, transcranial magnetic stimulation combined treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by electric acupuncture combined with small doses of anti-anxiety medicine with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation and patients of control group by electric acupuncture combined with drug therapy and giving sham repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation. The curative effect of two groups was compared.[Results] The total effective rate of two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05),and the results of rating scale was also possessed significant differences. The therapeutic effect of combined treatment was better than control.[Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation with electric acupuncture combined with small doses of anti-anxiety drug was better than combined acupuncture and drug alone in treating anxiety. The study has confirmed the auxiliary curative effect of the transcranial magnetic stimulation, widened the clinical application scope. It is worth for clinical extending and further research. |
