| Abstract
|
| [Objective] This study observed the intervention effect of Sanqi(panax notoginseng) flower,a traditional Chinese medicine,on hypertension in the spontaneous hypertension rats(SHRs) and investigated its mechanism preliminarily.[Methods] We used SHRs as experimental animal model, taking the Sanqi flower infusions as the intervention method and Songling Xuemai Kang capsule and Nifedipine as control and taking blood pressure,ET-1,NO,AngⅡ,CGRP,TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α as the observation indexes. The medicines were given daily and for eight weeks.Blood pressure was measured in this duration with the noninvasive tail-volume method four times in all. Finally the other relative blood indexes were measured through sampling from abdominal aorta blood.[Results] 1) The Sanqi flower infusion had corresponding hypotensive effectiveness on certain dose.2) Through the measurement of some plasma active matters it was showed that the hypotensive effectiveness probably had some relation with improvement of vascular endothelial cell function and decreasing plasma ET-1,resuming the balance of vascular constriction and diastolic factors.[Conclusion] The Sanqi flower infusion has corresponding hypotensive effectiveness on hypertension of SHRs.Its hypotensive mechanism probably has some relation with improvement of vascular endothelial cell function and decreasing plasma ET-1,resuming the balance of vascular constriction and diastolic factors. |
