| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the effect of WuLing powder-containing serum on the isolated ureter smooth muscles in rabbits and investigate the possible mechanisms.[Methods] The effects of WuLing powder-containing serum in the various concentration and different receptor blockers on the isolated ureter smooth muscles were observed with Powerlab biological function acquisition of signal and processing system.[Results] Compared with blank control group,the tension and activity of the ureter smooth muscles of rabbits were increased by blank-serum and various concentration of WuLing powder-containing serum(P<0.01).The contractive effect on the ureter smooth muscles by the middle concentration drug-containing serum of WuLing Powder was blocked in Atropine plus middle concentration group and Phentolamine plus middle concentration group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] WuLing powder-containing serum has contractive effect on the isoluted ureter smooth muscles of rabbits,favoring the urine transport. |
