Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish the antioxidant activity fingerprint and to evaluate the antioxidant activity and investigate the contribution of individual constituents to antioxidant activity in Psoralea corylifolia L.[Methods] The HPLC-DAD-DPPH method was employed for that aim.[Results] A HPLC-DAD-DPPH method was optimized to establish antioxidant activity fingerprint of Psoralea corylifolia L.It was found that bakuchiol had the highest contribution of individual constituents to the antioxidant activity of Psoralea corylifolia L.[Conclusion] The antioxidant activity fingerprints is suitable for quality control of Psoralea corylifolia L.This study can clearly demonstrate that the activity fingerprint is a meaningful method to comprehensively improve the quality control of TCM. |
