| Abstract

| [Objective] To screen the optimum prescription for oleanolic acid of dispersible tablets by orthogonal design.[Methods] Taking the dissolution rate as an index and using the orthogonal experimental design the prescription match was ultimately determined.[Results] The optimized prescription is: PVPP : CMS-NA : lactose : MCC : silicon gel : PEG-6000=4 : 3 : 30 : 15 : 1 : 1.After optimization the dissolution rate of the dispersible tablets is 89%,showing a significant increasing.[Conclusion] The optimized prescription is reasonable,the technology is feasible.That is tally with the quality requirements of dispersible tablets. |
