| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish the thin layer chromatography(TLC) methods for Qi Shun E Er Dun.[Methods] Using TLC the differentiating of Niuhuang,Huanglian,Kushen was performed.[Results] In TLC the control material and the test sample showed the same color spots at the corresponding position,while the negative sample made according the same art showed no interference.[Conclusion] The study may provide the experimental basis for the quality control standard of Qi Shun E Er Dun. |
