Abstract

This article discussed the role of that five evolutive phases having the leading action in treating diseases by the five internal organs (heart,liver,spleen,lungs and kidneys),six-primordial QI including wind,cold,summer-heat,wet,dryness and fire,the six climates of essence composed of vital essence,Qi body,fluid,blood and pulse.They resulted in diseases onset by pathogenic factors of Zang and Fu and formed a chain of pathophysiology.We should understand the reasons of the diseases and threat them by syndrome differentiation.It would lay a solid foundation for the develepment of the microcosmis syndrome differentiation. |
