Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the influence of high fat diet on aorta adiponectin signal and the regulatory effect of acupuncture on it in SD rats.[Methods] The SD rats were fed with high fat diet for 12 weeks in just delactated rats and then measured the blood lipid,MPO and NO.The rats were randomly divided into model group and acupuncture group according to the body weight. After intervention for 4 weeks serum APN was detected with ELISA and the expression of Adipo R 1 and 2 with Western blotting method. The rats feeding with common food were served as control.[Results] The levels of TG,TC,MPO were obviously increased and NO obviously decreased after feeding high fat diet for 12 weeks in SD rats. After intervention for 4 weeks, the serum adiponectin, protein content of Adipo R 1 and 2 of model group were distinctly lower than control group. The content of serum adiponectin and aorta Adipo R 2 were obviously increased, the level of Adipo R 1 had a rising tendency.[Conclusion] The hyperlipaemia rats feeding by high fat diet showed signal transduction disorder of aorta adiponectin.Acupuncture can regulate it by increasing serum APN and the level of aorta Adipo R 2.The Adipo R 2 plays a crucial role. |
