Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe clinical efficacy and rehabilitation period of hand function rehabilitation training combined with point electrical stimulation in hemiplegic patients.[Methods] The 30 hemiplegic patients with hand dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group and control group,15 cases in each group),which were given rehabilitation training for hand function.The treatment group patients were given additional point electrical stimulation.Fugl-Meyer motor function score method,classification of hand function,range of motion score were applied to assess the two groups.To compare curative effect 1 month and 2 month of two groups,and observe rehabilitation period of hand function improvement.[Results] After treating 1 month,compared treatment group with control group,the wrist joint range of motion was improved.There was no obvious difference of other joint range of motion,the hand function and Fugl-Meyer motor function score table had no statistical difference.After treating 2 months,compared treatment group with control group,the hand function and the wrist joint range of motion were obvious improved (P<0.01).Fugl-Meyer motor function score table of two groups were improved (P<0.05),but had no difference of two groups (P>0.05).In brief,the appearance of improvement of the wrist joint range of motion was after treating 1 month,hand function whole improvement was after treating 2 months.[Conclusion] Rehabilitation training combined with point electrical stimulation can effectively improve hand function of the hemiplegic patients.The treatment period need at least 2 months. |
