| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Huayu Tongmai prescription and the effect of its different compatibility on the absorption,distribution and metabolism of the effective components in vivo in rats.[Methods] The plasma and tissue drug levels of rat after intragastric administration of Huayu Tongmai prescription were determined and its different compatibility by HPLC.Chromatographic separation was achieved on a reversed-phase Irregular HC18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30℃,with the mobile phase of methanol-1% acetic acid (40:60).The eluent was detected at 280 nm.The results were analyzed by Kinetica 5.0 software.[Results] The method for simultaneous determination of Danshensu,salvianolic acid B,protocatechuic aldehyde and ferulaic acid in rat plasma and tissue was established by HPLC.The stability,precision and recoveries with low,middle,high concentrations were satisfied.The linear ranges were all good.[Conclusion] Compatibility has the active effect on Danshen in Huayu Tongmai prescription. |
