| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish the method for determination of the polymers in Cefodizime Sodium in crude Drugs.[Methods] The polymers analyzer was used with Sephadex G-10 column.The self control external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.[Results] The linear ranges of the associations in Cefodizime and the polymers in Cefodizime were 17.83～178.26 g/L and 5.237~50.041 g/L.[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and sensitive. |
