Abstract
|
[Objective] To verify the active components of anti-inflammatory effect and provide the scientific basis date for the clinical curative effect of quality standards in Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.[Methods] On the basis of determining the active components of the classic prescription by HPLC analysis the biological anti-inflammatory effects was demonstrated by mice vascular permeability test and auricle tumefaction test. The Flos Chrysanthemi Indici decoction group and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction group were established and compared with the model group.[Results] Compared with model group,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici active components group had significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference between Flos Chrysanthemi Indici decoction group and the "Wuwei Xiaodu drinking" group (P>0.05).[Conclusion] The active components of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (Chlorogenic acid,Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and Buddleoside) really have obvious effects of anti-inflammation,so they are the active components of anti-inflammatory effect of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici. |
