| [Objective] To optimize the condition for preparing Anwei (Ⅲ) granules.[Methods] The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design.The flow speed of extractions,pressure of spraying,temperature of materials were used as the inspecting factors.Three levels of each factors and one-time qualified rate of granules were taking as inspecting markers.[Results] Flow speed of extractions was the more important factors than the other two.Influence factors order: flow speed of extractions> temperature of materials > pressure of spraying drying.[Conclusion] Optimal collocation program: temperature of materials controlled at 70~75℃,pressure of spraying drying at 3.5~4.0 mPa,flow speed of extractions at 130~150 times/minute. |
