Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the intervention and therapeutic effect of Qingfeitongluo prescription on serum IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 levels in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).[Methods] 135 cases with MP children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The therapeutic effects were observed in these two groups and the changes of serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 before and after treatment were determined.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 levels were increased in MP children compared with normal children with significant difference in IL-4 and IL-17(P<0.01),with no difference in IFN-γ level. After treatment serum IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 levels were decreased in both groups without significant difference when compared with control group, while in the treatment group, serum IL-4,IL-17 levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01) and decreasing trend in IFN-γ was noted but no significant difference could be seen.[Conclusion] Qingfeitongluo prescription combined with azithromycin to treat MPP had reliable efficacy, which may be related with the regulation of immune disorders. |
