Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy.[Methods] Sixty patients with heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group with Kuo Xin decoction on the basis of the drugs used in control group.A course of treatment was 15 days,the clinical effect was observed after 6 courses.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,and that of the control group control group was 70%.There was statistically significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.[Conclusion] The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has a definite effect on heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy. |
