Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture,massage and Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA) in 50 cases.[Methods] We applied the treatment of acupuncture,massage and TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs continuously for 4 weeks.The changes of signs and symptoms before and after treatment were studied.The observation indexes included clinical symptoms and signs grading scoring.The curative effect judgement standards were clinical symptoms and signs scores.It was marked as obviously effective when the scores were equal to or more than 75%,and it was effective,if the scores were equal to or more than 30%.[Results] After treatments of acupuncture,massage and TCM syndrome differentiation,the total effective rate was 90% and the scores significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Association of acupuncture,massage and TCM syndrome differentiation on treating CSA has obvious curative effect. |
