| Abstract

| [Objective] Through observing the effects of Jinxin zhentong liniment on hemorheological changes,endothelin-1(ET-1) and Nitrogenmonoxid(NO) in rats with acute blood stasis,its function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was investigated.[Methods] The acute blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.The indexes of hemorheological parameters,ET-1 and NO in rats with acute blood stasis were detected.[Results] There was significant deference of hemorheological changes(P<0.01) between the model group and the normal group.Combining with the appeared characteristics it was demonstrated that the acute blood stasis model in rats was successfully established.Shexiang Shuhuojing group and Jinxin zhentong liniment in low/middle/high doses could not only decrease the hemorheological indexs in different degrees,but also reduce plasma ET-1(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The expression of NO was remarkably increased,(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] Jinxin zhentong liniment can obviously promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis. |
