The immune adjustment mechanism of anti-tumor efficacy of SGTR on H22 tumor bearing mice

Abstract
    [Objective] Study the adjustment function of SGTR on the immune system of tumor-bearing mice and investigate the immunological mechanism of the inhibition function of SGTR on tumor’s growth.[Methods] H22 tumor bearing mice were as the research object.We measured the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in serum with ELISA method,and the influence of SGTR on CD4+、CD8+ T cell with FACS method.[Results] SGTR can improve the expression of IL-2 cytokines in H22 tumor bearing mice’s serum,lower the level of IL-4,increase the expression of CD4+ T cells,and reduce the expression of CD8+ T cells in H22 tumor bearing mice.[Conclusion] SGTR could play a role of anti-tumor activity by regulating the body’s abnormal immune function in tumor-bearing state.
