| [Objective] To establish quality standard of effective fraction drop pills for anti-heart failure in Cortex Periplocae.[Methods] HPLC method was adopted for content determination of periplocin and content uniformity in drop pills.The primary study was made on the stability of drop pills under the room temperature.[Results] The methodology of content determination for the drop pills and the uniformity complied with rules.[Conclusion] The quality standard of the effective fraction drop pills for anti-heart failure in Cortex Periplocae was set up and the method was convenient and reproducible.The drop pills were relatively stable. |
