| [Objective] To study the mechanism of Guanxintongmai capsule on coronary heart disease patients.[Methods] The sixty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30) treated with Guanxintongmai capsule and the control group(n=30) with Tongxinluo capsule for four weeks.Then we analyzed the levels of ET/NO/hs-CRP in the patients between the two groups.[Results] The levels of NO in the treatment group and the control group were improved significantly.The levels of ET and hs-CRP in the treatment group and the control group were decreased significantly.There were no significant difference between the treatment group and control group.[Conclusion] Guanxintongmai capsule can significantly increase the level of NO and decrease the level of ET and hs-CRP.This is one of mechanism of protecting blood vessel endothelium function of guanxintaomai possibly. |
