| [Objective] To observe the influence of GinkgoLeaf Extract and Dipyridamole injection on pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) and hemorheology of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute aggravation stage.[Methods] The patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute aggravation stage were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine Western drugs and GinkgoLeaf Extract and Dipyridamole injections were added in control group.To compare clinical curative effect and the changes of PAH,arterial blood gas and hemorheology of two groups.[Results] The clinical curative effect of the therapeutic group was apparently superior to that of the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of PAH,arterial blood gas and hemorheology indicators were significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] GinkgoLeaf Extract and Dipyridamole injection can effectively reduce the chronic cor pulmonale pulmonary artery pressure,reduce hematic viscosity,and improve the clinical curative effect. |
