| Along with the increasing incidence year by year,diabetic nephropathy has become the important reason resulting in chronic renal failure.Traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of diabetic nephropathy has prominent superiority.Through the demonstration of spleen-pancreas relation and from the deduction of Zang-Fu and five elements differentiation in TCM,it is considered that the basic pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is "insufficiency of the spleen".TCM therapy for the disease should break the thinking limitation of "treating from the kidney differentiation" and propose "treating diabetic nephropathy from the spleen". |
