| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the effect of modified Yinchenhao decoction(Siphonostegia Liu,wild chrysanthemum, litchi were added) on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) expression in prostate tissue and the pathological changes of prostate tissue in rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP),verify the curative effect of modified Yinchenhao decoction further, explore the mechanism of action and provide the correlated experimental basis for clinical application.[Methods] The autoimmune CAP model was built, and the prostate wet weight/body weight ratio, the content of serum tumer necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) expression of prostate tissue and pathological change of prostate tissue were measured.[Results] The modified Yinchenhao decoction could reduce prostate wet weight /body weight ratio of rats with immunologic, decrease the level of serum TNF-α(P<0.01),inhibit iNOS expression in prostate tissue of rats(P<0.01),relieve prostate tissue inflammatory reaction.[Conclusion] From the experiment,we concluded: 1) The modified Yinchenhao decoction can treat CAP effectively.2) The mechanism is possibly related to decreasing the content of TNF-α and inhibiting the expression of iNOS in prostate tissue. |
