| Abstract

| [Objective] To optimize the prescription for Qingnao Zhenjing granules by orthogonal design.[Methods] Moisture rate as an index,in order to optimize the dosage and ultimately determine the prescription,the orthogonal experimental design was used.[Results] The optimizing prescription contains :extracts powder: dioxide : lactose : microcrystalline cellulose=10:2:3:2.[Conclusion] The optimized prescription and technology is reasonable,and conform to the quality requirements of granules. |
