| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish an index system to evaluate the efficacy of TCM in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and use it in clinic to test the effect.[Methods] A questionnaire was made.It included five aspects: information of four diagnosis of TCM,quality of life,psychology,disease scales and patient-reported outcomes.Then a locale-survey was performed in three hospitals to get the clinical data.[Results] There were 33 items included in the questionnaire,which had satisfactory results in items analysis,reliability evaluation,validity evaluation and responsibility test.[Conclusion] It is a feasible way to establish an index system to evaluate the efficacy of TCM through integrating several clinical data. |
