| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To evaluate the effect of gastropathy No.III prescription on the current life quality of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome.[Methods] One hundred and four patients were randomly divided into two groups for a double-blind controlled study.The treatment group received the gastropathy No.III prescription and the control group received placebo.The treatment course was 4 weeks and the follow-up period was 1 month.The life quality of the patients was assessed with SF-36 scale.[Results] All the life quality parameters of the treatment group were improved.The effect in treatment group was superior to the control group on general health(GH),role emotion(RE) and physical component summary(PCS).At follow-up,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group on role physical(RP),general health(GH),PCS and mental component summary(MCS)(P<0.01),it was also superior on body pain(BP),social function(SF),RE and vitality(VT)(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The gastropathy No.Ⅲ prescription can improve the current life quality of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach dampness-heat. |
