Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the long-term toxicity in rats after oral administration of Ruanganhuaxian pills.[Methods] Ruanganhuaxian pills were orally administered to rats at the dosage of 3.0,1.5 g/(kg·d),continuously for 26 weeks.At the end of the administration and four weeks after it,parameters of body weight,hematology,hematological biochemics,organ/body weight ratio and pathohistology were detected.[Results] Rats from all dosage groups developed normally.No treatment-related abnormal change was observed and no toxic pathological change of pathomorphology occurred in the main organs of the rats.[Conclusion] Ruanganhuaxian pills has low long-term toxicity with the organs,toxicity target organ is not found,and it can be safely used in clinic. |
