| Abstract

| [Obective] To observe the、urative effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi dripping pill on acute gastritis with affection by external
pathogenic; factors. [Methods] Two hundreds and thirty-even cases of acute gastritis were observed, treating with Huoxiang Zhengqi
dripping pill (trial group,119 cases) and plasebo (118、ases) for 1 week respectively. The symptoms, such as abdominal distension, stom-
achache, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, fever, belch, poor appetite at 3rd day and 7th day in period of treatment were observed, and the
safety index was also detected at the end of the study. [Results] The results showed that Huoxiang Zhengqi dripping pill had good、ura-
tive effect at 3rd day after treatment, it was better than oral liquid form significantly. In the improvement of total score of syndromes,
symptoms, such as abdominal distension and stomac;hac;he, nausea and vomiting, the belch, dropping pill was better than oral liquid; The
effect of fever-lowering、hec;king diarrhea in each group was similar. It had no adverse reactions. [Conclusion] The curative effect of
Huoxiang Zhengqi prescriptions on acute gastritis are definite. Huoxian Zhengqi Diwan at the 3rd day is better than liquid form obviously
Compared with liquid form, Huoxiang Zhengqi Diwan has the advantages of fast effect-acting and convenience for use |
