Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Garidisan in treating ulcerative colitis.[Methods] One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups.Sixty patients in treatment group were treated with Garidisan,while 60 patients in control group received oral Salazosulfadimidine(SASP).[Results] The effective rate of treatment group was 93.3% and control group was 73.3%.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment of Garidisan,the main symptoms of ulcerative colitis,such as diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucous stool with pus and blood and tenesmus,were significantly improved.[Conclusion] Garidisan has a significant clinical effect in treating ulcerative colitis and its signs without any adverse reaction. |
