| [Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with urokinase on acute cerebral infarction.[Methods] Based on the enrolled criteria 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the Chinese traditional medicine group and the control groups.Two groups of patients all with conventional treatment,Chinese traditional medicine group was treated with Huatan Tongluo Chinese traditional medicine moreover.To assess the efficiency of two groups respectively,record the NIHSS scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and followed up to 90 days after treatment.The NIHSS,Barthel Index(BI) and modified Rankin Scale(mRS) were analyzed for all subjects.[Results] The effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was 92%,which was higher than that of the control group(82%).The improvement of NIHSS scores,Barthel index scores and Rankin index evaluation were better than that of the control group(P<0.05),especially the Rankin index evaluation.[Conclusion] The Huatan Tongluo method combined with urokinase can improve the neural function and the living quality of the patients with cerebral infarction. |
