Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of the early acupuncture on the consciousness in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after micro-invasive surgical therapy.[Methods] Forty patients after operation were accepted,among them twenty were randomly included into the group with regular therapy and acupuncture treatment(the treatment group),the rest were in the regular-therapy group(control group).All the cases' GCS score were evaluated at the first,4th,10th,20th and 30th day.[Results] The GCS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the 30th day(P0.01),on contrary,the GCS score between the 30th day to the 4th day of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group.(P0.01).[Conclusion] The acupuncture treatment on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after micro-invasive operation can improve the consciousness in some extent. |
