The incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is high and it is easy to be delayed and recurrent time after time.We suggested that its pathogenesis was pyretic retention at the pulmonary collaterals, phlegm retention at the pulmonary collaterals, blood stasis at the pulmonary collaterals, and asthenia of the pulmonary collaterals. The corresponding therapeutic principle was also pointed out, that is seeking the rule of the prevention and treatment of TCM for mycoplasma pneumonia in children from pulmonary collaterals, providing the evidence for guiding the basic research and clinical treatment. |
