Abstract
|
[Objective] To improve the operation fashion of interrupted suture of “four walls and four stitches” and improve the establishment of animal models of deodenum-stomach-esophageal reflux. [Methods] The blank group(A) accepted no any special treatment while both the control(B) and the model(C) group received “four walls and four stitches” interrupted suture. Materials were obtained 5 days after modeling in group B while 10 days after that in C group. [Results] The survival rate of model group(83.4%) was significantly higher than that of control group(64.8%) (P<0.05). Both macroscopic characteristics and pathological changes of lower esophagus mucosa of rats in model group was significantly different from that of rats in control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The modified operating fashion in modeling can delay the survival rate and successfully induce reflex esophagitis and Barrett's esophagus. |
