Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the protective effect of SHUMAINING injection against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. [Methods] The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced in rats. Then the blood NO, ET and brain Ca2+, brain water content of rats were respectively observed. [Results] In the stage of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, all the blood NO, ET and brain Ca2+ and brain water content of rats increased significantly. After treating with SHUMAINING injection, all these parameters decreased significantly when compared with that before. [Conclusion] The protective effect of SHUMAINING injection in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is definite. |
