Abstract
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of Total Glycosides of Wite Paeony Capsule combined with Baibi decoction on Psoriasis Vulgaris.[Method] The 128 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(76 cases) and control group(52 cases).All patients were given Baibi Decoction,but the patients in treatment group were also received Total Glycosides of Wite Paeony Capsule.The therapeutic courses were 2 months in both groups.Then the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.[Results] The cure rate was 26.3% and 21.2% in treatment group and control group separately.There were statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The PASI scores after treatment in the two groups were statistical different(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Total Glycosides of Wite Paeony Capsule combined with Baibi Decoction is effective in treating the patients with psoriasis.
