| Abstract

| [Objective] To discuss the effect of age,physiopathological factors on the graph of string pulse.[Methods] Applying instrument of TD-III type of intelligent pulse information detection developed together by Tianjin University of TCM and Tianjin University,the 200 clinical cases with different types of string pulse were collected and their graph of pulse were recorded simultaneously.The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 statistical software.[Results] The age factor produced significant effect on the pulse pressure,main wave height (h1),rising branch angle ∠α,while the physiopathological factors had significant effect on the pulse pressure,the chronaxie of spbygnogram from the starting point to the peak point of main wave(t1),h1,the chronaxie of spbygnogram from the starting point to the dicrotic notch(t4),and rising branch angle ∠α.[Conclusion] The age and physiopathological factors have some effects on the graph of string pulse. |
